Members:

members: A moderator is elected by the members from among
the Trustees. At least one member with significant financial and /or
real estate experience.
At least one half of the members shall be ruling elders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the assets of the Presbytery for compliance with local, county, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Manage
Presbytery funds

Administer Restricted funds

Review Treasurer's Report
- Manage the budget negotiation process of the Presbytery.
- Review
requests of churches to borrow money, or buy or sell real estate
owned by the church
- Assure
completion of an annual Audit
